ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသီတင္းသံုးေတာ္မူရာ သတၱ သတၱာဟ ေလ့လာစရာအျဖာျဖာ ... SEVEN WEEKS AFTER THE ENLIGHTENMENT .

ျမတ္စြာဘုရားအေလာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္သည္ ဥရုေ၀လေတာအုပ္၌ ဖြားဖက္ေတာ္ မဟာေဗာဓိ ေညာင္ပင္ၾကီးကို ေနာက္မွီတံကဲျပဳလ်က္ အေရွ႔ေလာကဓာတ္သို႔ မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ေ႐ွ႔႐ွဳျပဳ၍ ေ႐ႊပလႅင္ေတာ္ျမတ္ အထက္၌ထိုင္ေနေတာ္မူကာ ဘုရားမျဖစ္သမွ် ငါမထေပဟုအဓိ႒ာန္ျဖင့္ ကမၼ႒ာန္းဘာ၀နာကို ပြားေတာ္မူခဲ့ေသာ

 ထိုေနရာေတာ္သည္ မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ရင္းရွိ အပရာဇိတပလႅေတာ္ေနရာပင္ ျဖစ္ေပသည္။

                                           ၁။ ပထမ သတၱာဟ
ျမတ္စြာဘုရားအေလာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္သည္ဥရုေ၀လေတာအုပ္၌ဖြားဖက္ေတာ္မဟာေဗာဓိ ေညာင္ပင္ၾကီးကိုေနာက္မွီတံကဲျပဳလ်က္အေရွ႔ေလာကဓာတ္သို႔မ်က္ႏွာေတာ္ေ႐ွ႔႐ွဳျပဳ၍
ေ႐ႊပလႅင္ေတာ္ျမတ္အထက္၌ထိုင္ေနေတာ္မူကာဘုရားမျဖစ္သမွ်ငါမထေပဟု
အဓိ႒ာန္ျဖင့္ကမၼ႒ာန္းဘာ၀နာကိုပြားေတာ္မူခဲ့ေသာထိုေနရာ
ေတာ္သည္မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ရင္းရွိအပရာဇိတပလႅင္ေတာ္ေနရာပင္ ျဖစ္ေပသည္။ဘုရားအေလာင္ေတာ္ျမတ္သည္ေ႐ႊပလႅင္ေတာ္ျမတ္အထက္၌ဘာ၀နာကမၼ႒ာန္း စီးျဖန္းေတာ္မူသည့္ေနရာ၌ပင္မာရ္နတ္စေသာရန္သူအေပါင္းတို႔ကိုေအာင္ျမင္ေတာ္မူျပီး 
ညဥ့္ဦးယံမွာ ပုေဗၺနိ၀ါသ ႏုႆတိဥာဏ္ေတာ္ကိုလည္းေကာင္း၊ သန္းေခါင္ယံ၌ ဒိဗၺစကၡဳ အဘိဥာဏ္ကိုလည္းေကာင္း၊မိုးေသာက္ယံ၌အာသ၀ကၡယဥာဏ္ေတာ္ကိုလည္းေကာင္း၊
ရ႐ွိေတာ္မူသျဖင့္အာ႐ံုတက္ခ်ိန္လုဆဲဆဲအ႐ုဏ္မတက္မီ၀ိသာခါနကၡတ္ႏွင့္ယွဥ္လ်က္
သမၼာသမၺဳဒၶဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိ္ေတာ္မူခဲ့ပါသည္။ထုိသို႔ဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႕ေရာက္ရွိျပီး
ေနာက္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္အပရာဇိတေ႐ႊပလႅင္ေတာ္ျမတ္အထက္၌(၇)ရက္ပတ္လံုး
ဖလသမာပတ္စ်န္ခ်မ္းသာကို၀င္စားေတာ္မူျပီးသီတင္းသံုးေန၍ေနထိုင္ေတာ္မူခဲ့သည့္အတြက္ေၾကာင့္ 

ေ႐ႊပလႅင္ေတာ္ႏွင့္မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ျမတ္ေနရာကိုပလႅကၤသတၱာဟဟုေခၚတြင္ၾကသည္။

                       1. UNDER THE BOHDI TREE:
During the whole of the 1st week, the Buddha sat under the Bodhi tree enjoying the happiness of freedom or the joy of everlasting Peace . He was then free from disturbing thoughts .

              ၂။ ဒုတိယ သတၱာဟ
အနိမိသသတၱာဟသည္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား
အေလာင္းေတာ္ သိဒၶတၳမင္းသားသည္
ဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိေတာ္မူေသာ မဟာေဗာဓိပင္ျမတ္၏ အေ႐ွ႔ေျမာက္
ဘက္ေဒါင့္႐ွိ ကုန္းျမင့္ေပၚတြင္ တည္
႐ွိပါသည္။ထိုကုန္းေတာ္ျမတ္႐ွိ ေနရာ
ေတာ္ျမတ္မွေန၍ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ ရပ္ေတာ္မူလ်က္ဘုရားအျဖစ္
သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိေတာ္ ေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္ အပရာဇိတေ႐ႊပလႅင္ႏွင့္ မဟာေဗာဓိပင္ေညာင္ပင္ၾကီးကို ေက်းဇူးၾကီးမားလြန္းလို႔ မမွိတ္ေသာမ်က္စိေတာ္အစံုတို႔ျဖင့္ (၇) ရက္တိုင္တိုင္ ၾကည့္႐ွဳေတာ္မူခဲ့ေလသည္။ ထိုသို႔ၾကည့္႐ွဳျခင္းကို အနိမိသသတၱာဟ ဟုေခၚတြင္ေလသည္။ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ မမွိတ္ေသာမ်က္စိအစံုတို႔ျဖင့္ ၾကည့္႐ွဳေတာ္မူခဲ့ေသာ ေနရာေတာ္၌ အျမင့္ေပ(၅၀)ခန္႔ ေလာက္႐ွိေသာေစတီေတာ္တစ္ဆူ႐ွိေလသည္။ထိုေစတီလႈိဏ္ဂူအတြင္း၌ျမတ္ဗုဒၶ႐ုပ္ပြားေတာ္မ်ား စမ္ပါယ္ေတာ္မူလ်က္ ရွိေနပါသည္။

                      2. GAZING AT THE TREE .
During the second week, as a great deed of thankfulness or gratitude to the Bodhi treeWhich sheltered Him during His struggle for Buddhahood , He stood a few feet from theBodhi tree gazing or looking at the tree 
without moving His eye for the whole week.He was meditating on the Bodhi tree. Following this noble example all Buddhists still pay respect or homage to,
 not only the Original Bodhi tree, but also its descendants .

                                        ၃။ တတိယ သတၱာဟ
ျမတ္စြာဘုရားအေလာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္သည္ဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိေတာ္မူသည္ကိုနတ္ျဗဟၼာမ်ား
တခ်ိဳ႔မယံုၾကည္ၾကေသးသျဖင့္ ထိုနတ္ျဗဟၼာတို႔ယံုၾကည္လာေအာင္ယံုမွားသံသယကင္း႐ွင္းေအာင္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ ေကာင္းကင္သို႔တက္၍ရတနာစၾကၤေလွ်ာက္ျပေတာ္မူလွ်က္ပင္ေရမီးတန္ခိုးျပဋိဟာအစံုကို ျပသခဲ့ရသည္။ထိုေကာင္းကင္မွဆင္းသက္ေတာ္မူျပီးမဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္အနီး၌ရတနာစၾကၤံ
ေလွ်ာက္၍ေနေတာ္မူခဲ့ပါသည္။ ထိုရတနာစၾကံၤလမ္း ေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္ကို စကၤမသတၱာဟုေခၚဆိုပါသည္။ ထိုစကၤမသတၱာဟသည္ပလႅကၤသတၱာဟႏွင့္အနိမိသသတၱာဟႏွစ္ခုၾကားတြင္တည္႐ွိျပီးရတနာစၾကၤံဟု
သိ႐ွိႏိုင္ရန္အုတ္ခံုလမ္းေပၚတြင္ အထိမ္းအမွတ္ ၾကာပြင့္ပန္းတစ္ဆယ့္ကိုးပြင့္တို႔ကို ထုလုပ္၍ ျပသထားပါသည္ ။
ျမတ္စြာဘုရား စၾကၤံေလွ်ာက္ျပေတာ္မူေသာ ရတနာေ႐ႊလမ္းေတာ္သည္ ယခုအခါ မဟာေဗာဓိေစတီေတာ္ျမတ္ႏွင့္အနီးကပ္ဆံုးတည္႐ွိေနပါသည္ ။

                          3. GOLDEN BRIDGE .
He again meditated during the third week. Lord Buddha saw through His mind’s eye
And knew that the Devas in the heavens were not sure whether He had attained Enlightenment completely as He continued to stay there . Then to prove His Enlightenment
To them the Buddha created golden bridge in the air and walked up and down for The whole week .

                                     ၄။ စတုတၳ သတၱာဟ
စတုတၳသတၱာဟသည္ ေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ျမတ္၏ အေနာက္ေျမာက္ဘက္႐ွိကိုက္(၁၀၀) ခန္႔အကြာ နတ္ျဗဟၼာေတြဖန္ဆင္း လွဴဒါန္းအပ္ေသာ ရတနာဃရေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ ေက်ာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္႐ွိေပသည္။ ထိုရတနာဃရေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ ေက်ာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္၌ (၇)ရက္ပတ္လံုးသီတင္းသံုးေတာ္မူခဲ့ျပီးျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္မိမိေဟာရမည့္တရားေတာ္ျမတ္ႏွင့္ အဘိဓမၼာတရားေတာ္ျမတ္ကို ဆင္ျခင္ေတာ္မူခဲ့သည္။ပဌာန္းတရားေတာ္ျမတ္ကို ဆင္ျခင္ေတာ္မူသည့္အခါမွာျမတ္္ဗုဒၶဘုရား႐ွင္ကိုယ္ေတာ္မွ ေရာင္ျခည္ေတာ္(၆)ပါး ကြန္႔ျမဴးေပၚထြက္ေတာ္မူေလသည္။ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသီတင္းသံုးေတာ္မူခဲ့ေသာ

 ေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ေက်ာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္ေနရာကို ရတနာဃရသတၱာဟဟု ေခၚတြင္ေလသည္။ ထိုေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္တြင္အုတ္တိုင္ငယ္ေက်ာင္းေဆာင္တစ္ခုတည္ေဆာက္ထားျပီ္
ဗုဒၶ႐ုပ္ပြားေတာ္တစ္ဆူ ကိန္း၀ပ္စံပါယ္ေတာ္မူလ်က္႐ွိေနပါသည္။ ရတနာဃရေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ ေက်ာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္အနီးပတ္၀န္းက်င္တြင္ ေစတီအငယ္မ်ားစြာတို႔ကိုေတြ႔ရေပသည္။ ထိုေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ေက်ာင္းေတာ္ျမတ္အနီး၌ဒလိုင္းလားမားဘုန္းေတာ္ၾကီးတပည့္မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကသည့္ တိဘက္ဘုန္းေတာ္ၾကီးမ်ားသည္ အဖြဲ႔လိုက္ အုပ္စုလိုက္ အခ်ိန္ျပည့္ ၀မ္းလ်ားေမွာက္၍ သုေမဓာ႐ွင္ရေသ့ဘုရားဆုကို ပန္သည့္ပမာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္ကို ပူေဇာ္ေနၾကသည္ ။

                       4. JEWELLED CHAMBER :

In the fourth week, He created a beautiful jeweled chamber and sitting inside it
Meditated on the higher Teaching , or ABIDHAMMA. His mind and body were so purified That six coloured rays came out of his body. They were blue. Yellow, red ,white, orange and Mixture of these five.Today these six colours from the Buddhist flag. In fact that week onwards all the six colours were round his whole body. Each colour represented one noble Quality of the Buddha. Yellow for Holiness, white for purity, Blue for confidence, red for wisdom, orange for desirelessness and the maxed colour represented all these very nble Qualities and we too, if we develop our minds and bodies to high degree of purity, can Gain these colours .

                                 ၅။ ပဥၥမ သတၱာဟ
ပဥၥမသတၱာဟသည္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္ရတနာဃရသတၱာဟေ႐ႊစံအိမ္ေတာ္မွထေတာ္မူျပီး မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ျမတ္၏ အေ႐ွ႔ဘက္တည့္တည့္႐ွိ ကိုက္(၁၀၀)ခန္႔ကြာေ၀းေသာ အရပ္၌ ဆိတ္ေၾကာင္း ေညာင္ပင္ေအာက္သို႔ ၾကြေရာက္ေတာ္မူခဲ့ပါသည္။ ထိုဆိတ္ေၾကာင္းေညာင္ပင္ေအာက္မွာ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားသည္ ၀ိမုတၱိခ်မ္းသာကို အာ႐ံုျပဳလ်က္ ဖလသမာပတ္ခ်မ္းသာျမတ္ျဖင့္ (၇)ရက္တိုင္တိုင္ခံစားေတာ္မူသည္။
ဆိတ္ေက်ာင္းေညာင္ပင္႐ွိသည့္ေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္ကုိအဇပါလသတၱာဟဟုေခၚတြင္ပါသည္။ ဤေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္တြင္ဟံုဟံုကပုဏၰားက ျဗဟၼဏျပႆနာကိုေမးေလွ်ာက္ခဲ့သည္။ တဏွာ၊ အရတီ၊ ရဂါ ဆိုတဲ့ မာရ္နတ္သမီးသံုးေယာက္လာျပီး ျဖားေယာင္းၾကလို႔ အႏိုင္ယူခဲ့ေသာေနရာလည္းျဖစ္သည္။ ထုိေနရာတြင္ပင္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ သတၱ၀ါေတြကိုတရားေဟာဖို႔ ဆင္ျခင္ေနစဥ္ နက္နဲသိမ္ေမြ႔ေသာငါ၏တရားေတာ္ကို နားလည္ျခင္းငွါစြမ္းႏိုင္လိမ့္မည္မဟုတ္ စိတ္ေတာ္ျဖစ္ေနတဲ့အခ်ိန္မွာ သဟမ္ပတိျဗဟၼာ
ၾကီးလာေရာက္ျပီးတရားေဟာေတာ္မူပါရန္ေလွ်ာက္ထားေတာင္းပန္ေသာေနရာလည္းျဖစ္ေပသည္။
ယခုအခါ၌ဆိတ္ေက်ာင္းေညာင္ပင္အဇပါလသတၱာဟေနရာေတာ္ကိုေက်ာက္တိုင္တစ္ခ
ုစိုက္ထူထား႐ွိပါသည္။ ထိုေက်ာက္တိုင္သည္မဟာေဗာဓိေစတီေတာ္ျမတ္ၾကီးသို႔အဆင္း
ဘုရားရင္ျပင္လမ္းအလယ္တြင္႐ွိပါသည္။ထုိအဇပါလေက်ာက္တိုင္၏အနီးနား၌ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွ
လွဴဒါန္းထားေသာေၾကးေခါင္ေလာင္း(၂)လံုးကိုလည္းေတြ႔ျမင္ႏိုင္ပါသည္ ။

                                      5. THREE GIRLS .
During this week, the fifth week, while he was enjoying the joys of freedom sitting under the famous Ajapala Banyan Tree near the Bodhi tree, three most beautiful and charming girls called Tanna, Rati and Raga came to disturb his meditation by dancing in the most
Seductive and charming manner. They did everything to tempt Lord Buddha to watch their dance. He just shut his eyes and continued his meditation and many hours later they felt so Tired that they left him in peace .

                                 ၆။ ဆ႒မ သတၱာဟ
ဆ႒မသတၱာဟသည္ျမတ္စြဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိေတာ္မူသည့္မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ျမတ္၏ အေ႐ွ႕ေတာင္ဘက္႐ွိ က်ည္းပင္ေပါက္ရာအရပ္႐ွိသည္။ထိုအရပ္သို႔ၾကြေရာက္ေတာ္မူျပီး ထိုက်ည္းပင္ေအာက္တြင္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္(၇)ရက္ပတ္လံုးဖလသမာပတ္ခ်မ္းသာကို ၀င္စားေတာ္မူ၍ေနေတာ္မူခဲ့ေလသည္။ထိုအခ်ိန္တြင္မိုး႐ြာေလၾကမ္းတိုက္ခတ္လာေသာအခါ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္အားမုစလိႏၵာနဂါးမင္းသည္လာေရာက္ျပီးအေခြျဖင့္ရစ္ပတ္ကာေပးခဲ့ျပီး ဦးေခါင္းပါးျပင္ျဖင့္အုပ္မိုးထားလ်က္ပူေဇာ္ခဲ့ေလသည္။ထိုက်ည္းပင္ေပါက္ရာအရပ္၌ျမတ္စြာ
ဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ (၇)ရက္ပတ္လံုးဖလသမာပတ္ကိုစ်ာန္ခ်မ္းသာကိုခံစားေတာ္မူခဲ့သည့္
ေနရာေတာ္ျမတ္ကိုမုစလိႏၵာသတၱာဟဟုေခၚပါသည္။ထိုက်ည္းပင္ေပါက္ေရာက္ရာအရပ္၌ယခုအခါ
မုစလိႏၵာအိုင္ဟု ေခၚဆိုေနၾကေသာေရကန္ၾကီးတစ္ခု႐ွိျပီးကန္ေပါင္႐ိုးေပၚတြင္
က်ည္းပင္မ်ားစီတန္းလ်က္စိုက္ထူထားလ်က္႐ွိပါသည္။
ေရကန္ထဲ၍ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွေကာင္းမႈေတာ္ျဖစ္ေသာမုစလိႏၵာျမတ္စြာ႐ုပ္ပြားေတာ္တစ္ဆူ ပူေဇာ္ထား႐ွိပါသည္။ထိုေရကန္အဆင္းလမ္းတြင္ကုသိုလ္ထူး၊မထူးအဓိ႒ာန္ျပဳရန္
ေက်ာက္တိုင္ၾကီးတစ္တိုင္႐ွိပါသည္။ထိုေက်ာက္တိုင္ေပၚသို႔ေငြအေၾကြေစ့ျဖင့္ဆုေတာင္း
 ပစ္တင္ၾကပါသည္။ေမတၱာစိတ္သက္၀င္ၾကသူတိုင္းသတၱ၀ါအေပၚမွာအစဥ္သနားတတ္ေသာသူတို႔သည္ 
ေရကန္ထဲ႐ွိ ငါးမ်ားအား အစာေကြ်းျပီး ကုသိုလ္ယူလ်က္႐ွိၾကပါသည္။

                         6. MUCALINDA (TREE )
He went and meditated at the foot of another tree called Mucalinda tree. As it was raining
Very heavily a huge king cobra came and coined his body seven times round the Buddha’s body, but kept his hood over the Buddha’s head so that the Buddha’s was protected from getting wet by the heavy rain. When the rain stopped , the snake became a young man andPaid his respects to Lord Buddha. This snake was supposed to be supernatural being thenThe Buddha said 
“ Happy is he who is contented. Happiness is for him who has heard theTruth and for him who sees the truth. Happy is he who has goodwill in this world towardsBeings. Happy is who lives who lives in this world with non-attachment, passingbeyondsensedesires.
Thedisappearance of the “ I am conceit is indeed the highest happiness .

 
                                   ၇။ သတၱမ သတၱာဟ
သတၱမသတၱာဟသည္ျမတ္စြာဘုရားအျဖစ္သို႔ေရာက္႐ွိေတာ္မူသည့္မဟာေဗာဓိေညာင္ပင္ျမတ္၏ ေတာင္ဘက္အနီးကပ္လ်က္႐ွိေသာ လင္းလြန္းပင္ေပါက္ေရာက္ေသာ အရပ္႐ွိေပသည္။ ထိုလင္းလြန္းပင္ေအာက္သို႔ၾကြေရာက္ေတာ္မူျပီးလင္းလြန္းပင္ေအာက္၌ျမတ္စြဘုရား႐ွင္သည္ (၇)ရက္ပတ္လံုးဖလသမာပတ္စ်ာန္ခ်မ္းသာကို၀င္စားေတာ္မူလ်က္သီတင္းသံုး၍ေနေတာ္မူခဲ့ေလသည္။ ျမတ္စြာဘုရားေနေတာ္မူခဲ့ေသာလင္းလြန္းပင္ေနရာကိုရာဇရတနသတၱာဟဟုေခၚပါသည္။ ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္သည္သတၱသတၱာဟ(၄၉)ရက္တိတိဖလသမာပတ္စ်ာန္ခ်မ္းသာျမတ္ျဖင့္ ဆြမ္းေဘာဇဥ္အဟာရတို႔ကိုမသံုးေဆာင္ဘဲေနေတာ္မူခဲ့သည္။ထိုသတၱသတၱဟမွထဖို႔ရန္ ေနာက္ေန႔တစ္ေန႔မနက္ပိုင္းအခ်ိန္တြင္ျမတ္စြာဘုရား႐ွင္အားဆြမ္းအလို႔ငွါနတ္ေကာင္းနတ္ျမတ္တို႔၏ လမ္းညြန္ခ်က္ျဖင့္တဖုႆနဲ႔ဘလိႅကညီေနာင္ႏွစ္ပါးတို႔သည္ဘုရား႐ွင္အားပ်ားမုန္႔ဆြမ္းကိုကပ္လွဴရေသာ
ေနရာလည္းျဖစ္သည္။ျမတ္စြာဘုရားထံမွတဖုႆနဲ႔ဘလိႅကညီေနာင္ႏွစ္ပါးတို႔သည္ဘုရား၊
တရားဆိုတဲ့သရဏဂံုႏွစ္ပါးကိုပထမဆံုးတည္ခဲ့ျပီးျမတ္စြာဘုရား၏ဆံေတာ္ျမတ္ကိုခံယူရ႐ွိသည့္
ေနရာလည္းျဖစ္ေပသည္။ထိုေနရာျမတ္တြင္ယခုလက္႐ွိျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံမွစိုက္ပ်ိဳးပူေဇာ္ထားေသာ
လင္းလြန္းပင္တစ္ပင္တည္႐ွိေနျပီးေက်ာက္တံတိုင္းျဖင့္ကာရံထား႐ွိေပသည္ ။

                             7. RAJATANA TREE .
During the seventh week He was meditating under a tree called the Rajatana tree.On the 50thmorning , after his long fast for seven week, two merchants came to his presence. They were called Tapussa and Bhallika. In fact, they were going different direction to another cit. Tapussa and Bhallika offered the Buddha rice-cake and honey.The two merchants, by talking the two Refuges- in the Buddha and Dhamma , becameThe first lay followers of the Buddha. There was no Sangha or Order of monks then. TheyRequested the Buddha for something sacred to keep with them. The Buddha wiped his headWith his right hand and got some hair and gave these to them. This hair was called Kesa Datu(Hair Relic). With this sacred hair Relics, Tapussa and Bhallikha left the place. Later when they reached their hometown they built pagodas and enshrined thesesacred hairRelics in them.
